This week, Representative Ed Royce (CA-40) received his 14th Taxpayers’ Friend Award! This award is also his 4th in a row! Rep. Royce, earned a 93% which ranked him at #3 in the U.S. House. In addition, Rep. Royce has the distinction of being the highest ranked member of California’s delegation of 53 representatives. Presenting the award to Rep.
