If you have been voting for politicians who promise to give you goodies at someone else's expense, then you have no right to complain when they take your money and give it to someone else, including themselves. -- Thomas Sowell

McCain Suspends Campaign, Makes Me Look Silly

Posted by Dominic Rupprecht - September 24, 2008

Yesterday I had some pretty harsh words for both presidential candidates for their collective lack of leadership on Bush's Budget Busting Bailout. Well, as far as John McCain goes, mea culpa Senator.

John McCain has announced he is suspending his presidential campaign and returning to Washington to work on negotiations related to the bailout package.

We'll see what he comes up with before I say too many nice things, but gold star to the senator for doing what the taxpayers are paying him to do.

mccain all along has stated COUNTRY FIRST and by god he says what he means and then he follows through. i didn't think he would do anything other than do his job , after all he is still a senator.

obama told our country call me if you need me. wow this man is scary. votes present most of the time. both canidates have shown their true colors and i say vote mccain the true maverick and american.
