During the presidential campaign Sen. McCain was generally about as exciting to watch as the National Spelling Bee (OK, except for the year that kid passed out). But, being a presidential loser has livened up the senior senator from Arizona.

In his most recent foray, Senator McCain savages the bloated, pork-filled budget recently passed by the House:





Note: This probably goes without saying, but since he's running for re-election, I think it bears repeating that this shouldn't be construed as an endorsement of anyone. I just happen to think that a politician talking sense is a sight worth seeing.
