$200 Million to Save the Republic ... from Bed Bugs!

Rep. G. K. Butterfield (D-NC) has sponsored the Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite Act. The bill would create a four year $200 million Bed Bug Inspection Grant Program.

Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.
