Scott Brown makes surprise appearance at CPAC

Posted by Dan Barrett - February 18, 2010

In one of his first public appearances since being elected as a US Senator from Massachusetts, Scott Brown spoke on the first day of CPAC just before 2PM. He introduced former Massachusetts Governor and former Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney.
